Sapna Welsh, MLHR

SAPNA WELSH is a consultant with Flynn Heath Holt with over twenty years of experience delivering talent development solutions that positively impact business results.  

Prior to joining FHH, while living in Germany, Sapna was a founding partner with Leverage HR, focusing on transitioning women to the top.  Sapna and her colleagues at Leverage HR trained and coached countless women and consulted with some of the most notable Fortune 500, Fortune 1000 organizations, and NGOs across the US and Europe.  Sapna has gone through various professional transitions ranging from corporate to technology start-up to entrepreneur, and from domestic to international. She has worked for JP Morgan Chase, Nationwide Financial, Deloitte, and technology start-up e-Bank. Sapna has spoken on the topic of diversity in leadership, her specialty, at various conferences and panels in Europe and the US. Sapna has published two books; in 2013 Worldly WomenThe New Leadership Profile followed by Women Leaders – The Power of Working Abroad in 2019.

Sapna currently serves on the WELD national board and on the NDCC curriculum advisory board.  Sapna holds a Masters degree from Ohio State University, a BA from George Washington University, and licensure as a Professional of Human Resources and Registered Corporate Coach.
