MINDY LEVY is a consultant with Flynn Heath Holt Leadership. She is a seasoned executive with over twenty years of experience in management consulting, human capital, and leadership. She is a highly trained executive coach, working with professionals at all levels to help them achieve their personal and professional ambitions.

Mindy worked in the management consulting industry for over 20 years. The majority of those years were spent at Booz Allen Hamilton, a strategy and technology consulting firm, where she headed up the performance management and talent planning function. Clients included public sector organizations and agencies such as the Department of Homeland Security, Internal Revenue Service, National Reconnaissance Office, and the Smithsonian Institute.  Internally she also led part of the Human Resources organization including Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Talent.

Mindy is a board member of LeanIn.org, an organization committed to offering women the ongoing inspiration and support to help them reach and exceed their goals. She recently contributed the chapter, “Finding Your First Job,” to the bestseller Lean In for Graduates, by Sheryl Sandberg.

Mindy holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from The George Washington University and a business degree from the Wharton School of Business. She received a certificate in Executive Coaching through Georgetown University, and, as a coach, is certified in and has utilized a variety of tools and assessments to help develop individuals and groups.
