Kelly Jones-Walker, CPCC, PCC

KELLY JONES-WALLER, a consultant with Flynn Heath Holt Leadership, is a certified leadership coach who designs and facilitates programs  in coaching, communication skills, teambuilding, and leadership effectiveness for high-potentials and senior executives.

Kelly works with teams and individuals to create lasting, behavioral change within today’s fast-changing, ever-evolving corporate environment. Her varied clients have included Levi Strauss & Co., Marriott, Microsoft, IBM, PepsiCo, Scripps Networks Interactive, Royal Bank of Canada, CARE, and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women.

In addition to her work with Flynn Heath Holt, Kelly serves as a senior faculty trainer for the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), where she leads the core curriculum certification program, and provides corporate training for new coaches and corporate leaders nationally and internationally.

Prior to her coaching career, Kelly held various corporate leadership positions in the apparel industry with both Levi Strauss and Macy’s.  She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.

Kelly holds certifications as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is an authorized facilitator of the Team Diagnostic™ Assessment, the Leadership Circle Profile, and 360° Survey feedback assessment for individuals and teams.  In addition to having served as an officer for various coaching associations, Kelly has been recognized with several awards, including the 2008 Georgia Coach Association’s Service Award for outstanding commitment and service.
