Jerrell Moore, MHR

JERRELL MOORE, a consultant with Flynn Heath Holt (FHH), is a sought-after advisor and coach who works to align people strategies with business goals, providing strategic direction, leadership development, and business intelligence solutions to executives, businesses, and institutions.  

Jerrell applies his years of professional experience to fuel dramatic change and attain sustainable results in both organizations and individuals by teaching capabilities and critical skills that are demanded in work and life.  He is passionate about strategy development that includes diverse talent development, communications, and community social responsibility.

Prior to joining FHH, Jerrell successfully served as Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at both global and multinational Fortune-ranked companies across a variety of different industries. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion for Charter Spectrum Communications, where his primary responsibility was the creation and deployment of Charter’s enterprise-wide diversity strategy. Before that, Jerrell was Chief Diversity Officer at Burger King, where he created initiatives that increased minority franchisees, created growth opportunities in multicultural and emerging non-traditional markets, and directed corporate social responsibility efforts on areas that enhanced the brand to maximize customer and community impact.

Jerrell’s career also includes leadership positions at MassMutual, Nike, and a clerkship with the U.S. Department of Justice. He was honored to have been invited twice to the White House as a contributor to the Disability Inclusive Technology Summit.

Jerrell received his Bachelor of Arts degree from South Carolina State University, where he was an All-American student athlete. He participated in a dual-degree program at the University of South Carolina and received both a Juris Doctor degree and Master’s degree in Human Resources. Jerrell completed the Executive Leadership Program at Tuck School of Business, Dartmouth College.
