CANDACE CLELAND, is a consultant with Flynn Heath Holt, and has extensive experience in developing high-talent leaders. Candace thrives on wide-ranging projects and designing leadership programs which embrace the principles of adult learning. Candace is known for her ability to listen to the client, learning their needs and creating programs that impact individual and business results. Candace is a sought-after executive coach, helping her clients view their careers from a strategic perspective.
Over her 20-year consulting career, Candace has worked with many clients including American Airlines, Citibank, American Express Bank, and Arrow Electronics. Her long-term affiliation with Morgan Stanley evolved from consultant to employee as Candace assumed the role of Vice President of Leadership and Organizational Development. In this capacity Candace managed leadership programs and led a large business unit through a significant change management initiative.
Candace received her B.S. degree from the University of Tennessee. Candace has achieved several professional certifications including Managing Motivation for Performance Improvement (Hay/McBer), Sales Coaching (MOHR), Skillscope (CCL), and The Big Five (CentACS).
