Anne Taylor, M.S.


ANNE TAYLOR is a consultant with Flynn Heath Holt Leadership who leverages her board room and management experiences in her speaking, coaching, and consulting assignments.  Anne is also a seasoned leader, having led national and regional business units, as well as project teams.  She is a highly skilled advisor on technology-enabled transformations and has provided solutions and insight to companies at the regional, national, and global levels.

Prior to joining Flynn Heath Holt, Anne had a long career with Deloitte, where she served as Vice Chairman prior to her retirement. Anne was the first woman on both the Deloitte Executive Committee and Global Management Committee.  She also served as Deloitte’s first Chief Strategy Officer where she led scenario planning, data analysis, and strategy development on numerous projects including the identification of next-generation businesses.  One of her differentiating initiatives was the shifting role of an external advisory board for Deloitte’s advancement and retention of women where she recruited Sally Ride as chair of this external advisory board.

Anne has her coaching certification through Rice University. She current serves on a several public company boards, plays an active local leadership role with a variety of Houston community organizations, and is a member of C200.

Anne received her B.S. and M.S. degrees in civil engineering from the University of Utah, and holds an M.A. in Engineering from Princeton University, where she also pursued Ph.D. studies.
