Pamela Harris-Young provides strategic consulting in the areas of strategy development, work force effectiveness, and women in leadership.
Prior to being a consultant, Pam was an executive in the pharmaceutical industry for over 25 years. She is a well-regarded and highly successful leader who has held senior positions in marketing, training, and sales. She was Vice President of Sales with Bristol Myers-Squibb, Pharmacia (now Pfizer), Novartis, Novo Nordisk, and Otsuka America Pharmaceuticals. She has led numerous sales teams ranging from several hundred to more than 2,000 individuals. For the majority of her career in the industry, she led strategic planning, drove strong sales results, led organizational realignment and change initiatives, built bench strength, and developed innovative staff development programs. She is passionate about developing female talent in organizations.
Pam received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the College of New Jersey. She received her coaching certification from the International Coach Institute, and she also completed executive courses in Strategic Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania, the University of Michigan, and Northwestern University.
