Kelly Jones-Waller is a certified leadership coach who designs and facilitates programs in coaching and communication skills, teambuilding, and leadership effectiveness for high-potentials and senior executives.
Kelly works with teams and individuals to create lasting, sustainable behavioral change by achieving professional results and personal fulfillment – all within today’s fast-changing, ever-evolving corporate environment. Her varied clients have included Levi Strauss & Co., Marriott, Microsoft, IBM, PepsiCo, Scripps Networks Interactive, Royal Bank of Canada, CARE, and the National Coalition of 100 Black Women.
In addition, Kelly serves as a senior faculty trainer for The Coaches Training Institute (CTI), where she leads the core curriculum, certification program, and corporate training for new coaches and corporate leaders nationally and internationally. Kelly has also served as team coach and curriculum designer for the InwardBound Center for Non-Profit Leadership and Aduro Consulting, LLC.
Prior to her coaching career, Kelly held various positions in the apparel industry with both Levi Strauss and Macy’s. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Marketing from A. B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University.
Kelly holds certifications as a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and she is an authorized facilitator of the Team Diagnostic™ Assessment, the Leadership Circle Profile, and 360° Survey feedback assessment for individuals and teams. In addition to having served as an officer for various coaching associations, Kelly has been recognized with several awards, including the 2008 Georgia Coach Association’s Service Award for outstanding commitment and service.
