Who We Are

Each of our partners has spent more than 20 years as senior executives in corporate America. We each managed hundreds of people, oversaw multi-million dollar budgets, and helped execute many mergers and reorganizations.

In addition to being corporate leaders in our own right, we were also sought after to act as internal consultants to other corporate executives. This opportunity became a unique learning experience for us. We saw what worked and did not work for each leader and each organization. We became students of leadership to help our clients as well as ourselves.

We reviewed the literature on leadership research. We learned from the leaders in the field. We applied what we learned to our own organizations. We counseled other leaders about how to use leadership practices to improve results in their organizations. Now, as consultants, we do it again and again for our clients.

This is the reason we refer to ourselves as leadership consultants and why we chose to start a consulting firm dedicated to the practice of leadership. We view leadership as a professional discipline that requires specific expertise, knowledge and credentials the same as law, medicine or banking. Our firm is dedicated to continuing to solve real leadership problems in partnership with our clients.
