in New, High Level Role
Flynn Heath Holt worked
with a divisional vice president of a large health care
organization to develop the skills and behaviors to
be successful in her new job. This woman had been promoted
quickly through the ranks and was now struggling with
her newest assignment which was at a very senior level.
A Flynn Heath Holt coach
worked with this executive over an 11 month period.
Through 360° feedback, an assessment process, coaching
and skill development this leader learned how to create
a vision for success, how to hire talent, how to develop
a team and how to collaborate with peers. The Flynn
Heath Holt coach also worked with the leader and her
boss, the CEO, to help her develop closer rapport with
the Board of Directors of the organization.
